**THE OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Trade Account Manager.** This role is based in the office located in **Ormeau.**

As a Trade Account Manager, your focus will be to support our Trade Reps in the backend from the office.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Preparing & sending customer quotations
- Assist customers and Trade Reps in arranging orders and ensuring they are processed within the cut off times
- Coordinating order entry with the internal sales & patio estimating teams
- Ensure all account administration is maintained and kept up to date
- Ensure monthly budget targets are met
- Proactively anticipate and resolve customer queries
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Liaise with manufacturing and despatch teams
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Desirable - experience in business to business & business to consumer sales
- Desirable - experience working in building or manufacturing industry
- Passionate about creating brand loyalty and building customer relationships
- Reliable, highly organised, autonomous & able to multitask
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
