**General Purpose**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Bank Reconciliations
- Processing Bank Transactions
- Checking Sales With Correct Job Codes
- Credit Card Payment Processing
- Vendor Setup in Payment Platforms and Invoicing
- Invoicing in SAP Ariba Platform
- Debtor Aging and Customer Follow Up involving cash collection
- Assistance with Sales Analysis Reports
- Assistance with Rental Credit Calculations
- Supporting Accounts Payable Invoice Processing, Entering and Coding in MYOB
- Supporting Prepayment Schedule Maintenance & Monthly Journals
- Office Stationery and Staff Amenity Control
- Assistance with Tool Sales Reports
- Any other Finance tasks as required by the Finance Manager

**Education/Experience Required**:

- High level of attention to detail and accuracyTime management - ability to prioritising of tasks
- Experience on financial accounting software - MYOB would be an advantage
- Strong excel skills - as data is currently analysed and reports prepared in excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a team, prepared to raise issues constructively
- Must be a proactive self starter with a positive attitude
- Possess a team and growth mindset and the ability to enhance and improve processes
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills in English and able to communicate at all levels
- May require occasional overtime/flexibility depending on deadlines or if any meetings need to take place with the shareholders/group finance teams in the USA

**Physical Demands/Requirements**:
Predominately sedentary light office position with high frequency of keyboarding/computer work required
- The offices are open plan so must be able to work in open plan environment

- Office Environment (full time).
