We’re looking for a site coordinator for our innovative ecommerce coworking and warehouse space. Your role is to interact with our members, assist with day to day operations including upkeep of the site, while delivering excellent customer service.

**About CLIK COLLECTIVE**

CLIK Collective is the first coworking and warehousing space designed around the needs of ecommerce businesses. We host over 130 small businesses across our locations, which makes up our community of 400+ members.

This role is based in Moorabbin.

**A day in the life of a Site Coordinator at CLIK Collective**
- Open & close the site each day
- Greet everyone who walks through our doors and point them in the right direction
- Manage the incoming and outgoing mail/ parcels in the Goods Cage
- Daily loading & unloading of ULD cages for Australia Post
- Conduct member on-boarding and safety inductions
- Liaise with suppliers to manage required services such as cleaners, waste management providers, printer providers, etc.
- Assess, report, and act on safety issues if required
- Be the main point of contact for member enquiries and troubleshoot basic IT problems
- Attend to the kitchen and common areas throughout the day with light cleaning and organising
- Assist the Community Team with internal communications and events (trivia nights, community lunch etc)

**Your key skills and characteristics;**
- Have a passion for people and space management
- A good level of fitness as moving & lifting stock in the warehouse is required
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Self motivated, positive and energetic attitude
- Excellent attention to detail - maintaining site & safety standards is super important
- Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them
- Drivers Licence and car is strongly recommended

**Salary**: $50,600.00 - $55,000.00 per annum salary package

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $50,600.00 - $54,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Performance bonus
