We’re on the hunt for a detail-orientated Customer Support Coordinator (Pre-Site) to join the Metricon team Work within the busy New Markets division communicating with and supporting our customers through the pre-build process. You will also work closely with Drafting, Estimating and Permits to ensure our customers progress efficiently to site.
**12 month full-time hybrid role based out of our Mount Waverley Head Office.**
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating customer information during the pre-site stage - guiding the customer following their deposit payment through to their transference to the building team
- Communicating with customers should they have a question or wish to raise a variation
- Progressing customer contracts through Metricon’s Clickhome system with timeframe constraints as forecasted and budgeted
- Providing updates based on Clickhome Workflow Reports
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure drafting, permits and finance approvals are on schedule
- Managing and processing customer variations to contract
- Ensuring customer quality control through professional communication, accurate data entry and report compilation
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with clients; and
- Assist with all customer support-related tasks

- Knowledge of home-building contracts is not compulsory but would be an advantage
- Ability to read house plans would be considered an advantage
- Extensive experience within an administrative capacity or customer service capacity
- Experience within the construction industry
- Experience working in a time-critical environment
- A positive attitude and team player
- Ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders; and
- Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office, experience in using database systems is an added advantage.
