**About the Role**

Schools of Early Learning are seeking a receptionist to support our **West Leederville centre** in the afternoons. This is **a permanent part-time position** working Monday to Friday from 3pm to 6pm, **15 hours per week**.

**3 hours per day.**

**Monday - Friday.**

**3pm - 6pm.**

General receptionist and administrative duties, including but not limited to:

- Liaising with clients, staff and contractors
- Overseeing and ordering all stationery supplies
- Data entry
- Collating family and staff information
- Producing daily rolls
- Documenting the children's work as required

**Skills & Experience**
- Reception and administration experience
- Childcare experience would be an advantage
- Must be willing to obtain a Working with Children Card
- Medical Certificate confirming fitness to work with children or be willing to obtain one
