**The Role**

We are seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist with experience in the cosmetic or medical sector to join our wonderful team at the Al Nour Skin Centre. This casual role requires availability on Monday, Tuesday and Friday. The current operating hours for the clinic are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

In this role you will be:

- Meeting and greeting patients
- Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book
- Accurately entering patient data in
- Processing payments
- Assisting in tidying up consult rooms
- Providing general administration duties as required
- Assisting with social media and other marketing activities

You are:

- Experienced in admin/reception in either the cosmetic or medical sector (essential)
- Customer focused and make patient care the top priority
- A strong team player who positively contributes to work culture
- Approachable, reliable and dependable
- Excellent communication skills, professional presentation and positive can-do attitude
- Experienced with practice management software (desirable, but not essential)
- Authorised to work in Australia
