Federal government department within the disabilities sector is looking for an E-Learning Facilitator who will be tasked with producing digital or eLearning programs to staff nationally.

You will need to be Proficient to expert knowledge in Articulate, Rise, Storyline, Adobe and Microsoft suite products, as well as experience with multimedia or graphic design, such as animations, infographics, and videos.

**Duties**
- Producing and updating learning and capability courses and projects for face-to-face, digital or eLearning programs and virtual platforms.
- Maintaining technical knowledge of current best practice approaches across a number of business systems and platforms, building capability, learning and innovations in learning and technology.
- Conducting organisational, functional, and individual learning needs analysis, skill gap assessments and audit activities against identified job roles.
- Conducting analysis and developing insights, contributing to the development of the learning framework, producing a consistent curriculum for frontline staff and continuous improvement.
- Managing learning packages, ensuring resources and programs are current, relevant and maintained in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Developing awareness of and maintaining oversight of professional knowledge of current approaches to Scheme operations.
