**About the Role**

Reporting to the **Learning and Capability** **Manager**, the Learning Partner is responsible for driving operational performance by building employee capability at HCF through the design, development and implementation of learning solutions to ensure a high performing culture.

The role is also responsible for consulting, designing, developing and promoting learning solutions that add value, build employees; commitment and engagement and promote a modern, dynamic and learning focused organisation. You will create training plans, manage communications with participants, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and oversee the end-to-end management of program logistics.

This a **Full-Time** position. Work location is **flexible**, with the ability to work from our** Sydney CBD Head Office**, **Work From Home** (WFH) or a** combination of both** (Hybrid).

**Responsibilities**
- Facilitate a range of technical and soft-skills training (face-to-face or virtually) in a structured, consistent and thorough manner in accordance with relevant training plans
- Design and develop customised training programs through instructional design methodology to create successful learning experiences
- Collaborate and consult with stakeholders at all levels to thoroughly understand the culture and capabilities required to deliver on the business strategy
- Identify key capability gaps that need to be addressed to meet business objectives
- Conduct training needs analysis and create training plans in partnership with stakeholders to develop appropriate learning solutions
- Research, design and deliver strategic organisational learning solutions and programs
- Participate in quality improvement activities and regularly update, maintain and validate existing training programs before delivery or release to employees
- Contributes to storyboarding, authoring, and development of e-learning content and blended learning solutions

**About you**
- Strong internal customer service mind-set underpinning and supporting a member centric and internal customer centric culture within the People and Culture team
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in learning and assessment design, online education, or adult education (CERT IV in Training & Assessment HIGHLY desired)
- Collaboration with internal departments, external vendors, and project teams to ensure requirements are being met and learning projects are kept on schedule
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills and experience presenting/facilitating
- Proactive technical troubleshooting and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent follow-up, time management and organisation skills
