Our client is a growing funds manager in the alternative investment space. Due to current growth, they are looking to appoint a Marketing Specialist to join their high performing team to support their marketing efforts. Up to now, it's been handled by a marketing agency and this role is designed to in-house the function.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing and communications plans and strategies to support the sales function
- Create and manage content across multiple channels, developing edit and copy for newsletters, invitations, monthly performance reports and proofing marketing materials.
- Organise and manage events and conferences and organize interviews with the media
- Act as the brand custodian for different products, create and deliver marketing campaigns that are specifically aimed at the Advisor market
- Responsible for post campaign performance and activity

**Key Criteria**:

- Hard worker with energy and strong attention to detail and meticulous execution
- Funds management experience with a focus on investments within the alternative or private markets asset classes
- Strong understanding of the financial advice landscape and the Australian investments industry

This will be a diverse role and there will be a huge opportunity to make your mark in effectively a greenfield opportunity. This is a growing business, and you will work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment where your ideas can come to life. It will really suit a self-starter and funds management experience will be crucial.
