THE ROLE
Principal Adviser
Reporting to the Executive Director in the Outer Gippsland Area, South Division, this position plays a key leadership role. The Principal Adviser will support the critical operations of the Area, organisational capability development and high-level strategic advice to the Executive Director and Senior Leadership Team. As a key member of the team, this position supports the delivery of outputs for the Area, and regularly liaises with a wide range of client, community, staff and inter-governmental stakeholders and operates with a high-level of professionalism, initiative and collaboration.

- Able to think through complex information to identify potential risks in a time-pressured environment?
- Able to diplomatically provide advice and build relationships with people at all levels?
