Hays Gippsland is proudly partnering with a well-known manufacturing organisation who has been providing their services throughout Australia for over 35 years. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time permanent Accounts Receivable position available working for this fantastic organisation.

The role of Accounts Receivable will be responsible for processing inbound Sales Orders whilst managing Accounts Receivable to ensure prompt customer payments.

**You will be responsible for the following**:

- Works closely with the Sales team to ensure accurate and timely recording, processing and data entry of sales orders
- Correctly invoice customers for goods delivered and \ or progress payments
- Investigate and follow up on customer queries, delivery dates, invoicing, payments, etc
- Assist with preparation of scheduled reports addressing key Accounts Receivables criteria points (eg) Payments received, payments outstanding, etc
- Other duties advised by management

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Proficient computer capabilities in MS Word, Excel, E-mail and other relevant accounting software
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone skills
- Experience in a Sales Order and \ or Accounts Receivable role or recent graduate
- Cert IV Financial Services, high desirable
- Practical and relevant experience (preferably within manufacturing \ construction \ contracts) will be advantageous

**What you’ll get in return**
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary from $70,000 - $75,000 + super. Along with that, you will enjoy working in a friendly team with ongoing support. You will be working full-time hours on site, with the potential in the future for hybrid flexibility.
