**About the role**:
NAB Group Property currently manages over 600 network properties and 11 commercial buildings.
Reporting to the national Head of Workplace Services, these roles are responsible for managing our two Melbourne based teams to deliver exceptional customer service and experience in our corporate buildings. This includes:
- Delivering NAB’s commercial property customer experience and engagement plan,
- Partnering with key stakeholders within our buildings to deliver exceptional front of house services,
- Ensuring consistency of service across our national commercial portfolio, and
- Leading, coaching and developing our on-site teams.
The purpose of these roles is to design and manage front-of-house services in relation to the following:
- Executive and Board Services
- Front of House Concierge Services
- Events and Hospitality Management
- Visitor Management
- On-site Support Services
- Catering, Kitchen, and Utility Services
- Carparking, End of Trip Facilities and Mail Services
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Assisting with the strategic delivery of operational requirements with a thorough understanding of colleague needs and expectations.
- A key aspect of these roles is to ensure strong relationships are built and sustained with senior stakeholders within our corporate offices and across the organisation.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Workplace support services across all client sites resulting in an exceptional workplace experience for all colleagues.
- This role has overall accountability for the delivery of workplace services within a designated region (Melbourne). This includes oversight of all activities, continuous service improvement and team leadership.
- Ensuring that site-based Workplace Leads, Consultants, Team Leaders and Guest Services Advisors are delivering all services and activities with the highest level of detail and to the highest standards.
- Key ‘escalation’ person for Workplace Consultants and Team Leaders, you will ensure that any service issues or requests are resolved effectively and quickly.
**What you will bring**:
To be successful in the role you will have extensive experience delivering best in class customer experiences through the management of large customer-facing teams in corporate, hotel and/or events environments.
Further to this you will have the following skills/capabilities:
- Confident in managing up to Executive level stakeholders
- In-depth understanding of customer experience measures
- Experience in in leading, developing and coaching small to medium teams
- Demonstrated stakeholder management experience
- Exposure to Facilities Management services preferred
- Strong clients focus and customer experience mindset essential
- Attention to Detail
- Planning & Organisation
- Time Management
- Financial Acumen
- Strong communication skills
- Business writing skills
- Risk & Compliance Management
- Systems & Data Management
- Tertiary Qualifications in Business / Hospitality / Events management will be highly regarded
