**Your new role**
Your new role as Customer Service / Administration Officer, is to support the business by providing clerical assistance to the Brisbane Sales team. Your responsibilities include addressing inquiries, answering phone calls, and entering orders into the system. You will also be responsible for ensuring all legislation, regulations, and safety requirements are compliant, assisting with inventory management and scheduling, preparing reports, and liaising with customers regarding their orders.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A certificate in business administration or experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and time-management skills
