THE OPPORTUNITY, WHAT YOU WILL LEAD & GROW
- 12-month customer service/technical support contract.
- Provide first-level response for customer enquiries to the Technical Service department.
- Offer back-office support to Technicians.
- Maintain the technical service software’s scheduling calendar for technicians to facilitate scheduling.
- Develop efficient work practices to control company costs while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of helpfulness and assistance, garnering positive feedback from both internal and external customers.
- Promote the company’s products and services, provide swift support to customers and technicians, and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Drive preventive maintenance business by coordinating with clients for annual equipment servicing bookings.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Customer service experience in a similar role.
- Experience with accounting software, preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Australian work experience and full working rights with effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is necessary.
