THE OPPORTUNITY

In this exciting opportunity, the successful incumbent of this Compliance Lead role, will be working closely with Coles retail brands to arrange, manage and maintain an up-to-date register of compliance requirements and documents across all necessary compliance areas, including any annual essential service audits as required.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain an up-to-date register of compliance items (e.g. OH&S certifications/ inspections, asset registrations, etc.) in accordance with City’s and Coles requirement, authorities and legal requirements.
- Support and maintain equipment registrations and licensing.
- Distribute information as required to lessors, internal teams and Coles teams.
- Liaise with landlords and their consultants in order to assist with annual essential services certification.
- Engage and manage third-party sub-contractors to carry out the necessary works if required.
- Provide administrative support as required within the asset and PPM workload.
- Support internal audits, training sessions and mentoring on all thing’s compliance.

**You will be required to have**:

- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Asset Maintenance, Engineering, Finance (or similar) - highly preferred
- A track record in a similar role, ideally in demanding and complex environments.
- Background in office administration is essential ideally within a Facilities Management context.
- Must have advanced Excel skills.
- Ideally previous experience in management of essential services compliance.
- A Can-do attitude and inquisitive mindset.
- Strong customer relation skills with total commitment to customer satisfaction.
- A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
