**About the Role**

The role will support KB Food Co in complying with all legal requirements, internal policies, customers’, and industry standards related to social responsibility and environmental management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and ensure environmental legislation and KB’s practices, policies and procedures are up to date with relevant international, federal, state, and local statutory.
- Review, evaluate and assist in developing, managing, and implementing social responsibility policies using guidance from international standards.
- Work closely with the Procurement team and the Supplier Assurance Manager on closing gaps with suppliers and rectifying issues.
- Assessing, analysing, and collating environmental performance data and reporting information to internal staff, external stakeholder (suppliers, customers), and regulatory bodies
- Perform audits on company procedures and processes and assist with third-party and customers’ external audits
- Assist with designing, implementing improvements in communication, monitoring, or enforcement of compliance standards and reporting violations of compliance or regulatory standards to relevant enforcement agencies as and when required
- Any other duties necessary to ensure the responsibilities of the role are execute

**Requirements**:

- Degree qualified with 1+ years of work experience
- Excellent time management, administration, and people skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to critically think and solve complex problems
- Be a team player
- Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders
- A high attention to details with a proactive approach
