**Join our team**:
As a Tech Lead within our Marketing and Loyalty Platforms team, you will be responsible for technical leadership, line management and mentoring team members within the team and outside the team. You will also lead delivery and support of software solutions and drive the use of agile practices through the team, the continuous evolution of development practices within Kmart and act as a technology thought leader - driving technology practices across the team and Kmart IT more broadly.

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:

- Proven experience in providing line management and technical leadership for a team of 8- 10 people
- Ability to lead technical as well as guide non-technical team members
- You have worked with web development framework and digital analytics (design, development, and deployment - with an emphasis on Marketing Technology and Data platforms)
- Knowledge and experience with coaching and/or managing professional development for the team
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, to convey complex ideas

**_hat you will be doing:_**
- **Design, Development & Support - **produce functional and technical designs in collaboration with architects and product owners to design, develop and support all solutions you are responsible for
- **Development Practice -** support the introduction and ongoing use of agile development principles within Kmart, drive agile processes, and ensure compliance to agreed development principles within Kmart Group IT
