About the Role

You'll act as the key point of contact for clients throughout their membership, beyond just property transactions, offering ongoing financial guidance, mortgage support, and portfolio management to help them achieve real wealth outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about client success, with strong relationship-building skills and an interest in property and finance.

What You'll Do

  • Manage client relationships across our Mortgage Accelerator and Property Wealth Program memberships.
  • Conduct client onboarding, regular check-ins, and annual portfolio reviews.
  • Keep clients motivated and prepared for their next investment.
  • Provide mortgage and budgeting support in partnership with our brokers and Money Coaches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Drive referrals, encourage portfolio growth, and contribute to client retention targets.

Skills Required:

Essential:

  • 3+ years' experience in client success, account management, or a similar relationship role.
  • Proven track record in outbound calling and proactive client engagement.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • CRM and Google Suite proficiency.
  • Understanding of mortgage concepts and property investment principles (training provided).

Desirable:

  • Experience in financial services, property, mortgage broking, or wealth management.
  • Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain).
  • Exposure to budgeting and debt reduction strategies.
