Government owned organisation require a L&D Partner, contract - start immediately. Brisbane-based

**Your new company**

Our client is a Local Government entity who provide essential services to Queensland residents. Due to recent projects, they require a Learning Partner to support their L&D team.

**Your new role**

Reporting into the Learning & Capability Lead this role will be responsible for:

- Learning and development program design, delivery and facilitation
- Creation and design of training content
- Conducting learning needs analysis
- Providing specialist L&D advice within the organisation
- Working on ongoing L&D projects

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your key success in this role will be attributed to the following
- Similar experience within a similar L&D role
- Experience in instructional design as well as training content design and delivery
- Tertiary qualifications within HR or a related discipline
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment is desirable
- A strong attention to detail, collaborative approach and ability to liaise and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
