An exciting opportunity has opened for a motivated and proactive Marketing specialist to join a newly formed team on a full-time basis. Joining a diverse and motivated team, this role will provide you with the opportunity to bring your experience in managing product and brand and brand campaigns, whilst presenting opportunity to further develop your skills.

The role will be predominantly responsible for designing marketing campaigns to launch new products, develop promotions, and support the sales team with their campaign programs. There will be a strong focus on campaign management and communications.

This role requires high collaboration across many internal functions and has a direct impact and relationship with the external customer in a B:B relationship.

**Responsibilities**
- Conducting market research
- Creating product content
- Briefing graphic designers on projects
- Managing product launches
- Reporting on campaign performance and analytics
- Ordering and managing promotional merchandise
- Provide regular updates on marketing activities to internal teams

**About you**
- Experience with brand management
- Skilled in campaign management
- Experience in pricing and promotion
- Have excellent time management skills and able to prioritise competing deadlines
- Must be a team player who is able to work autonomously on projects
- Possess strong written communication skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive, enthusiastic and driven with a strong passion for product promotion
- Ideally you will have completed a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or equivalent, but not essential
