For eleven decades, the Lucas Papaw brand and product's success was driven primarily by word of mouth. **About the Role -** **Marketing & Communications Specialist** Radical shifts in marketing and communications in the current digital, social and content marketing world has led to LPR's newly created standalone role of Marketing and Communications Specialist. This is an integral role within the company, leading and delivering on the company's marketing and communications strategy and all internal and external marketing and communications activities. You will own the annual marketing budget, the annual, and long range marketing plan and the content plan and you will contribute to the day-to-day hands-on delivery. This is an exciting time and opportunity to join a known iconic brand and product, where you can bring on your experiential, innovative, and integrated marketing and communications ideas and practices, to re-invigorate the brand, and to take Lucas Papaw Remedies to its next height. **About You**: - Minimum 8+ years of hands-on multi-faceted marketing and communications experience 8+ years working knowledge and related marketing and communications experience - Proven experience planning and coordinating a broad range of marketing and communication channels including content marketing, social media engagement, digital communication, events and campaigns, and influencer ambassador marketing - Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or similar discipline is essential - Strong organisational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail - Strong ability to identify and collaborate with stakeholders and partners to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills - A self-starter, able to work independently and move projects forward, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines **What’s on Offer**: - Salary $100 000 - $120 000 base plus super, commensurate with experience - Permanent Full-time On-Site position, with working hours: Monday to Thursday 6:45 am - 3:30pm, and Friday 6:45am to 12pm - Parking On-Site and plenty of street parking just outside - Team BBQ event monthly on Fridays - A close-knit, friendly, and humble working environment **What Next?** **"APPLY"** function and attach your resume for further consideration.
