The Role

We're looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing & Product Specialist who can blend product expertise with strategic marketing skills. This role goes beyond coordinating product launches — it's about shaping how our products are positioned, crafting compelling stories, and ensuring campaigns resonate with our audiences.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing new products to life in the market, while also contributing to campaign planning and execution. If you're equal parts detail-oriented and creative, and you love seeing products shine through great marketing, this role is for you.

What You'll Do


• Develop product positioning and messaging frameworks that highlight benefits and differentiation. Take a hands-on approach to coordinating and delivering product launches from concept to execution.


• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign strategy, ensuring new and existing products integrate seamlessly with brand initiatives.


• Support products throughout their lifecycle with updates, content refreshes, and ongoing promotional support.


• Work with the marketing team to produce engaging content across multiple platforms - website, brochures, EDMs, social media, and training tools.


• Liaise with suppliers, category managers, and internal teams to gather information and insights for product storytelling.


• Support ongoing product lifecycle marketing through content updates and promotional activities.


• Assist with product training initiatives and development of training resources.


• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all marketing materials.


• Manage multiple projects effectively, balancing deadlines and stakeholder expectations.

Who You Are

You're a marketing all-rounder with strong skills in campaign development, positioning, and storytelling. You thrive when balancing creativity with strategy, and you enjoy working collaboratively to bring campaigns to life. You're just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves on the details as you are contributing to the bigger picture.

Your Experience


• At least 3 years' experience in a marketing or product marketing role.


• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience is preferred.


• Experience in interiors, bathrooms, kitchens, FMCG, or retail is highly regarded.


• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create both engaging and technically accurate content.


• Intermediate design skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or confidence working with design teams.


• A confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.


• Highly organised with proven project management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
