As an onsite assistant property manager, you play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and management of property. You will be responsible for several tasks related to property administration and overall facility maintenance.

Key responsibilities:

- Address and respond to inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist in leasing process including detailed inspection of properties, completion of entry and exit condition reports.
- Assist in preparation of reports and documentation as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule property maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues, safety concerns and potential improvements.
- Work closely with Property Manager and other team members to achieve property management goals.
- Provide updates to Property Manager on significant developments and issues.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Current Driver’s License
- Preferably with some Property Management experience but not necessary.
- Good presentation and passion for the real-estate industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
- Experienced with Microsoft Suite
