**About the role**
- The JV provides heavy maintenance and supply chain services for over 1,050 passenger cars in Sydney’s metropolitan rail fleet.
- Reporting to the DRS & Rotables Manager, the DRS Administrator performs as the key supplier’s interface via service/purchase order mechanisms underlined by PQCD performance KPI’s. This includes analyzing incoming and outgoing rotables in alignment with car plan, depot returns & demands, maintaining systems accuracy, monitoring low & nil pool rotables status, supplier interface, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring constraints are proactively identified and mitigated.
- The role is critical to ensuring all contractual KPIs results are tracked with corrective actions to improve overall Supply Chain performance.

**About you**
- Experience gained in Supply Chain Procurement systems and processes.
- Relevant Trade qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines or TAFE qualification in business disciplines will be highly regarded
- Previous experience using SAP
- Working knowledge of Rolling Stock Rotables would be highly regarded.
