**Who are you?**

As a Supply Co-ordinator / Procurement Officer you will be responsible for actively managing, maintaining and developing Insurx's supply chain strategy for the provision of suppliers to Insurx. You will develop and manage Request for Tender (or EOI, RFI) processes through to contract execution - working in conjunction with Insurx Leaders. You will also analyse supplier performance (both service / logístical and total cost from assessment through to completion), conduct supplier performance reviews and develop improvement plans, evaluate and report on KPIs, and communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals.

In addition, you will manage the onboarding, maintenance and offboarding of suppliers, train and guide employees on supply chain, find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes, and ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience as a supply chain or procurement officer, or in a similar field
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and category management
- Supply chain strategy development and experience with ‘going to market’ for services
- Strong analytic and data skills - using our data and visualisation tools to analyse and present data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Creative problem-solving
