About the Role

C&W currently have a vacancy to join our onsite Customer Experience team at the Herston Quarter facility. Working as part of a small team of 3, this 19-hour-per-week role will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage all aspects of the Help Desk for incoming calls and emails, passing on messages/jobs to the site team as required
  • Monitor the group email inbox and prioritise and triage correspondence
  • Notify technicians and the Operations teams when urgent requests arise
  • Reception duties, such as signing in and out contractors, checking on induction status, etc.
  • Focus on the customer experience, using the frameworks and training provided, with the intent of reducing customer effort
  • Ensure that a world class customer service experience is delivered regardless of interaction type (face to face or virtual/remote resource depending on client requirement)
About You
  • Prior experience working in a customer facing role
  • Positive, "can do" attitude, willing to go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience
