We are a dynamic, multifaceted business seeking a Client Services Officer with passion and drive to support the business.

**Your new role**
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual to join our Client Services team. Reporting to the National Manager - Client Services you will be part of a team that is responsible for:

- Handling various enquiries from existing members
- Completing detailed file notes of all discussions with members
- Preparing appropriate correspondence in response to membership/insurance issues and customise standard letters where appropriate
- Updating and maintaining membership records and data base
- Responding to and deal with all issues associated with the annual renewal of membership/insurance, including assisting with production of documentation
- Providing support and assistance with any membership/insurance issues and provide back up to other staff within the Client Services Department.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Have proven insurance industry experience with a good knowledge and understanding of general insurance products and the insurance market
- Have demonstrated experience working in a customer service role
- Ideally have an understanding of and experience within medical indemnity and/or professional indemnity insurance.
