A well-reputed company is seeking an enthusiastic casual Customer Service Officer to join their team
**Your new company**
This company is a leading and trusted company with a fine reputation for building South Australia's best value homes. The company has intimate knowledge of local building conditions, design aspects, land and soil types and other building considerations. They have a passion for providing all their clients with an outstanding customer service.
**Your new role**
- Answering phone calls and assisting their clients in a timely manner
- Entering data to various systems
- Additional administration duties as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will require the following skills and attributes to be successful in this role.
- Previous experience working in a contact centre or a customer service role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated the ability to multitask and handle a challenging role
- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly
- Demonstrated the ability to work in a team while also being able to work autonomously
- Please note to be considered for this role you must be Double Vaccinated
**What you'll get in return**
An initial 4 week contract with the possibility of an extension if you are the right fit for the company. Your office will be located in the Eastern part of the CBD with an onsite car park and you will be working full-time hours.
