Your new company are a reputable professional services firm centrally located in the heart of the Adelaide CBD. They provide a range of high-quality accounting and advisory services tailored to each client and their specific needs. A new opportunity has presented itself for a Full Time Client Service Administrator to join their supportive and dynamic team.

**Your new role**
Your new role as Client Service Administrator is an integral part of the team, offering support to the Directors and the wider team. You will be responsible for duties not limited to:

- Maintaining and updating the Practice Management system with client details and assisting in the management of firm workflow
- Making client appointments on behalf of advisors and arranging video meetings.
- Preparing various client communications including engagement letters
- Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office regarding lodgements and registrations
- Manage ASIC obligations which can include, company incorporations, preparation of ASIC documents, and business entity set up and registration
- Collating and preparing financial packs
- Assisting with correspondence, invoices, and debtor collections
- General office administration and adhoc duties as required, including occasional relief support for the Operations Team and Reception cover

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to following experience and skills:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the accounting industry or other professional services firm
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative to prioritise workloads, manage expectations and deliver on time
- Enthusiastic, dedicated with a team orientated approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Experience working with ATO, ASIC and other government organisations is preferred
