**The Opportunity**

Our client is a food manufacturing and food service business with a long and rich history dating back to 1825, that makes artisanal bread and pastry products which are sold nationally, with a current focus on the VIC, NSW and QLD market areas.

This is a newly created role to assist the Marketing Manager in developing, executing, and managing the different ongoing marketing tools to support Sales & Marketing strategy and plans.

Working together with the Marketing Manager, and the Marketing Coordinator (based in NSW), the role will be responsible for creating and developing assets such as photography, artworks, packaging and similar, as well as managing the ongoing maintenance of websites and social media platforms.

**The Role**
- Work with Marketing Manager to develop all artworks for different items required to support new product launches and sales activations i.e. eDMs, Brochures, Flyers, and other ad hoc documents.
- Own an ongoing photo shooting plan to continuously capture and edit product images to use for Websites, Social Media, artworks, and any other required purposes.
- Develop and maintain website updates in order to reflect brand communication, content and customer engagement.
- Manage and support Social Media platforms and content to reflect brand communication, content, and customer engagement.
- Perform marketing tasks and content creation where required.
- Assist with management of website and social media channels.
- Assist with production and distribution of e-newsletters.

**About You**
- Graphic designer with a confident approach and interest in point of sale and social media.
- Photography experience, with special focus on food.
- Confident copywriting and content creation skills.
- Proactive can-do attitude.
- Strong relationship management, teamwork, creativity, presenting, communicating, and influencing skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with good project management, organization, and planning skills.
- High level of creativity and innovation, and able to bring insight and new ideas to the table
- Knowledge and experience in digital platforms like Photoshop, WordPress, and Analytics.
- Familiar with Social Media and websites reporting.
- Familiar with Microsoft tools i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- High level of communication and inter-personal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
