**Job Description**:
Manage high profile national strategic FMCG Retail accounts, driving customer retention and growth. Flexible hybrid working options.
Are you an experienced Key/National Account Manager looking to join a global ASX listed organisation and take the next step in your career?
As part of the Sales and Customer Solutions team, your role will be drive key relationships within a portfolio of major strategic FMCG Retail customers, focusing on retention and growth. This role will be based out of our Macquarie Park or Dandenong South office and reports directly to the Director - Retail and FMCG.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Identify customer needs, assure resolution and be the customers main point of contact
- Produce and implement a business plan for each account within the account portfolio
- Drive best practice Asset Management across assigned accounts
- Oversee total budgeted revenue delivery
- Lead opportunities and commercial disputes end-to end. (e.g. tenders, negotiations)
- Develop and drive multi-level and cross-functional strategic relationships within the customer's organization
- Conduct periodical customer reviews
- Lead new business growth beyond core platforms within the retail sector customers and related supply chains.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field
- Experience in customer facing sales roles within the Retail / FMCG sector
- Significant experience in managing large strategic accounts
- Experience in leading high-level negotiations with senior customers
- An understanding of Supply Chain processes would be highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A solid level of financial and commercial acumen
- The drive and passion to go the extra mile
