**The Role**

This role would suit to someone who has an experience in sales and rental administration to support a very experienced and knowledgeable Reception team.

Enjoy coming to work in their modern, bright, and cheerful office.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

- Working from the Front office you will handle general telephone enquires
- Greeting clients
- Database management
- Advertising when required
- Assist the sales team with processing standard letters, comparative market analysis and schedule inspections etc
- Assisting the PM Team with tenant screening, lease agreements, rent collection, and maintenance coordination
- Managing inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional service to clients
- Collaborating with the property management team to ensure smooth operations
- Ad hoc administration as needed

**About You**
- 1+ years’ experience in sales and rental administration
- VIC Agent’s Representative qualifications are required
- Reliable vehicle and current Victorian Driver’s License
- Sound knowledge in Box & Dice and Console Cloud
- Excellent analytical, organisational and task management skills
- Proactive and work autonomously or under direction
- Well-presented and well spoken
- Exceptional customer service skills
