About the role
Fantastic permanent opportunity for a passionate and driven Marketing Coordinator to join the SunRice Group in Melbourne. As a key member of the Bakery & Condiments Marketing team and under clear guidance from the Marketing Director, you will support the broader marketing team within this dynamic and energizingly complex portfolio, inclusive of delivering in market performance reports, budget management & tracking, social content calendar management alongside customer and consumer activation delivery.
**Key responsibilities include**:
General support to the Marketing Director and broader Marketing team with request such as purchasing and sending samples, assisting with product tastings and product demonstrations.
Lead new product launches across the business.
Support the delivery of customer activations and trade shows.
Assist with the delivery of critical elements of consumer activations and brand events.
Develop and manage relevant monthly reports.
Monitoring performance tracking and analysis, including gathering market insights.
Coordinate social community management and maintain website content management.
Provide support for budget, forecasting and monthly budget reconciliation, including management of invoices.
About You
To thrive in this role and within this team, you be an energetic, self-motivated individual, with a passion for brand marketing and more specifically, food brands. You can articulate your ability to work both independently and as a key team member while concurrently managing the need to multitask. If you are curious, agile, analytical and passionate about food, then this role is for you
**You will also have**:
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce or similar.
ANZ marketing experience and specifically FMCG / Food Marketing experience (desirable).
Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with social media platforms.
Organisational and administrative skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Digital and social media marketing capabilities (desirable), including website updates, content generation and brand copy writing. Knowledge and experience may have been gained through experience with own social medial channels.
