We are a vibrant and boutique Victorian real estate office network, with our main office located in the centre of diverse Carlton, and we believe that great people make a great business.

We are creating a new role of Marketing Coordinator to work alongside our Sales Agents, Leasing and Property Management teams. This role will own all aspects of our marketing strategy. Whilst working closely with our sales administrators for our property marketing, this role will primarily focus on our proactive marketing campaigns for our offices and staff members.

**Your tasks will include (but are not limited to)**:

- Social media across our 5 offices (Carlton, North Melbourne, Ascot Vale, Melbourne, Albert Park)
- Proactive marketing assistance for our offices and sales agent’s
- Assist with sales campaign marketing strategies and deliverables
- Closely work with our Property Management and Leasing department for monthly newsletters, client engagement initiatives and rental campaigns
