**About the role**

We are seeking a technically minded individual to join our Spare Parts After Sales Support Team based in Wacol.

In this busy and varied role you will be our parts 'expert' providing a strong customer focus. The role is responsible for
- Supervising and assisting Parts Interpreters to complete assigned work on time and in full.
- Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Receiving and processing customer orders for Palfinger parts.

**About you**

To be successful in this position the following skills and experience are desired
- Similar experience in customer facing role
- Experience in spare parts interpretation in an industrial equipment business
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- High level of customer service experience
- Passionate and focused on workplace Health & Safety
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt to work requirements and prioritise workloads
