Trainee Truck

Rocklea Truck Parts was Founded in 1996 and since then we have gone from strength to strength. With new divisions with in our business being created to keep up demand this makes us a competitive beast with in our industry.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a Sales Trainee join our team, with a specific focus to assist the Sales Manager with a complete 360' of the Used truck sales division & to learn the entire process with an intent to become a Quality sales person.

Key Criteria
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new & existing customers.
- Communicate competitor intelligence back into the General Manager and Sales Manager.
- Self-motivated and strong work ethic.
- Communicate with existing clients on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
- Actively seek out growth and development opportunities.
- Implement and continuously improve key account sales strategies and account management plans.
- Assist in managing vehicle/truck stock volumes held at holding yards.
- An understanding of Truck and machinery specifications and values.
- Exceptional business development and relationship building skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Sound MS Office skills.
- Team player, strong work ethic.
- HR licence would be ideal.

As part of this position, you will receive a highly competitive salary plus commission & mobile phone.
