Custom Air Queensland is an established business 33 years strong, specialising in Design, Manufacture, Supply & Installation of Custom, Sleeper Cab Air Conditioning Systems & Customised Sleeper Cabin Fit outs. Our Queensland Fit Out facility is based in **Wacol Brisbane**.

We have several divisions that make up our company which cover Design, Metal Fabrication, Assembly, Painting, Installation & Upholstery.

Due to the continued growth of our company, we currently have an opportunity for a Motivated & Suitably **Experienced** - **Spare Parts / Inventory Storeperson**to join the team with any of the below preferred qualifications and attributes.

This role requires a self-motivated, responsible person with excellent Communication skills who is able to work unsupervised and as a part of a team, reporting direct to the **General Manager**.

In addition, this person will as required be supporting our internal departments with Inventory control.

**To be successful, You will possess**:

- Previous Experience in a similar role or competitor preferred.
- Receiving, inspecting and organising parts and components
- Maintaining accurate stock records and updating the database accordingly
- Processing customer orders, including freight
- Tracking movement of inventory, conduct stock counts and identify issues such as damaged or missing parts
- Spare Parts or Parts Interpreting background would be beneficial
- Excellent written skills
- Forklift ticket an advantage
- Current driver’s license - mandatory - Manual Preferred
- Competent Computer Literacy
- Warehouse housekeeping skills
- Basic Mechanical aptitude & ability
- preferred
- Automotive electrical understanding an advantage but not essential.
- Be clean & well presented.
- Display strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Be highly motivated, willing to learn and advance yourself.
- Previous experience in a similar role (automotive preferred but not essential)

This is a full-time position Monday - Friday with opportunity for overtime.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
