**The Opportunity**

We have a new and exciting opportunity available for a Parts Interpreter to join our National Customer Care team. Based in Wacol, this position will make you the first point of contact for all inbound queries relating to parts.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Interpreting and processing customer parts requests
- Providing service to internal customers for parts
- Sourcing parts from other sources as required
- Utilising your highly developed communication skills
- Exercising your strong computer skills, data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly organised in your approach to your work

**About You**
- A Safety First mindset, ensuring the HCA Safety Culture is embraced, displayed and driven from within
- Parts knowledge and experience within the Earthmoving, Construction, Automotive or industrial sectors will be an advantage
- A helpful and adaptable approach when understanding customer needs with an ability to navigate and solve complex technical issues
- Intermediate to advanced ability to navigate multiple systems and databases simultaneously
- The ability to professionally articulate and clearly communicate to internal and external customers
