As a high-performing recruiter, you will work fewer hours and be rewarded based on performance rather than KPIs. In return, you will deliver prompt and proactive service to the expanding pool of Melbourne legal secretaries and paralegals who consider us their legal recruiter.  You will provide strategic advice to employees and employers, and assist people to advance their careers. You will be guided by the most successful legal recruiters in the Melbourne market and the rest of our close-knit team.
