Working in our Call Centre recruitment team, your day to day will be posting job adverts, interviewing candidates, placing contractors/temps into new roles, and supporting the team with all associated administration tasks.

This is a very exciting and rare opportunity to work with one of RW's highest performing teams - they have recently qualified for our global incentive trip to Cape Town in 2026 (plus many fun company lunches and winery tours).

What You'll Be Doing

  • Posting job adverts, hunting for candidates and conducting interviews
  • Account managing a network of top-tier candidates
  • Providing admin support to 3 experienced Recruiters
  • Smashing KPIs in a fast-paced, fun environment

Within your first year, you'll be confidently managing 200+ temps working for our clients, building lasting relationships, placing new candidates in new roles, and earning exceptional bonuses - all with the backing of a supportive team and a market-leading brand.
