Hays has partnered with this key Federal Government Department to assist in sourcing their newest ICT Portfolio Manager. Based out of a modern office in Woden, ACT, this core Federal agency is responsible for leading the development and delivery of Australia's Health and Wellbeing policies, initiatives and services.

**Your new role**

As ICT Portfolio Manager, you'll be working within the Department's Corporate Financial Strategy and Services Branch and reporting to the Assistant Secretary. As part of the Department's transformational uplift program driven by the transition from SAP ECC6 to SAP S4 HANA, you'll lead the PMO function for a complex portfolio of business-led projects in accordance with the Department's Project Management Framework, business objectives and governance arrangements. Day to day, you'll be:
- Oversees the logístical aspects for all Program Boards- Assures final QA of all program Board materials and where incomplete or not to the desired standard escalates with proposed resolution.- Ensures all materials are provided to all program board members by required SLAs- Track the status of actions and escalate unresolved items with the chair 24 - 48 hours before the Board- Supports meeting logistics to ensure a seamless experience for all Board members.- Develops Agenda and ensures all products are developed in the required templates- Support Program reporting requirements

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated portfolio management experience in a large complex (preferably Commonwealth Government) corporate environment. Applications will require a max 500 word response to this, addressing your suitability
