Cleared are supporting a global leader who provides ICT services and solutions to Defence and Federal Government.

As the Cyber Security Consultant, you will be supporting a federal government agency in maintaining their security documentation and accreditation.

**The core responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to**:

- Ensure compliance with the Australian Government Information Security Manual
- Deliver solution and security architecture and design
- Learn, maintain, and demonstrate specific knowledge of client systems and processes; plus
- Deliver technical consultancy for data/database design, network design, security, ICT products and/or integration of these components
- Perform technical needs analysis and map these to existing or proposed products and services
- Maintain knowledge of the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM)
- Develop and maintain standards, document templates, and write documents from those templates
- Design, execute and analyse test results
- Create and present reports or recommendations that help improve the client business; or
- Perform stakeholder engagement and management

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Defence Security Principles Framework (DSPF)
- Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF)
- Three or more years of experience in ICT security roles
- Experience in the Defence ICT Security field
- Five or more years of experience in Information and Computing technology (ICT)
- Certificates and/or training in security and ICT related fields such as:

- Security officer or manager training
- Information security management
- Security risk management
