We are looking to engage a skilled and enthusiastic **ICT Software Asset Manager **to join our Federal Government client

The position will exercise a considerable degree of independence to engage in complex problem solving and issues management within the functions. The ICT Software Asset Manager will coordinate and assume responsibility to undertake detailed or sensitive projects that may include performing varied activities involving many different and unrelated processes or methods that may impact on the strategic or operational outcomes

This is your chance to make a difference for our Federal Government client in this **12 month contract **with **an additional 12 months of** **extensions **offered.

**Australian Citizens **will be considered for this role.

**The experience and skills for this role are**:

- Demonstrated 5 years' experience leading teams to deliver ICT services through ICT management frameworks such as ITIL.
- Demonstrated experience with ICT Software Asset Management
- Demonstrated experience in each of the following areas: software licencing, catalogue creation, demand and capacity management
- Demonstrated high level conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to difficult and complex problems.
- Experience working in Government or providing services to Government agency.
- Demonstrated experience with ICT Service Portfolio
