The main focus of the role is securing new business in the professional services market. To ensure your success, you will be trained and mentored by the best in the business and work collaboratively with a team who support each other and are passionate, persistent and creative

Specifically the role entails:

- Identifying and securing new clients
- Increasing sales velocity and client reach
- Scoping and developing new growth opportunities with current and prospective clients
- Maximising the use of products available and upselling across the product range
- Meeting & exceeding KPI's and Targets
- Providing clients with post-sales implementation training and ongoing account management

Whilst the focus here is new business acquisition, the product is well known across the target industry so approaches can be considered 'warm'.

The is full time (Monday to Friday) which can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane as the business has offices in every state. The company offers a hybrid work from home / office arrangement which is very flexible for this team and staff benefits are endless and include full platinum gym membership, regular 'Be Me' Days and more

Whilst most of the role will be conducted online / over phone, there are occasional requirements for face-to-face client meetings so a drivers license is preferred.

Remuneration guide is base to $90,000 + Super + $50,000 OTE commissions (uncapped). Please note that this is a highly achievable commission structure with most team members meeting or exceding targets within the first year.
