**Your new role**

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in this role, you will be a high-performing individual with demonstrated professional experience working as a APS5 Admin officer within the Australian Public Service. As well as this, you will have the ability to:

- Support the sub-committees schedule and delivery of meetings from end-to-end including logistics, scheduling, coordination and preparation of agendas, quality assuring agenda papers, drafting minutes, tracking action items, forward plans etc.
- Consult and liaise and coordinate content with staff and committee members in relation to Committee matters.
- Contribute to the development, review and continuous improvement of secretariat procedures under the guidance of the Manager, Executive Secretariat and Business Coordination.
- Support the wider team with coordination and governance activity, as required.
- Be resilient, organised and have the ability to manage competing time-sensitive work and requests.
- Have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as a team player and individually.
