**About the role**

Reporting into the Optimisation Manager, as Optimisation Specialist, you will be unapologetic about our marketing mission. You will support and deliver the optimisation program and initiatives, maintaining strong networks and championing the customer. You will embrace the freedom and responsibility to influence and shape optimisation roadmap that will attract new customers, increase lifetime value and keep customers happy.
The Optimisation Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing user experiences and driving conversion. By leveraging A/B testing and personalisation strategies, you will improve user journeys across various channels, analysing performance data to inform decisions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify key areas for improvement, ultimately fostering an experimentation culture that ensures our customers receive best-in-class experiences.

- Utilise data-driven insights to develop and execute personalised experiences and content across various digital channels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, customer behaviours, and conversion funnel performance.
- Analyse user journeys, behaviour flows, and conversion paths to uncover friction points and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise website usability, performance, and conversion rates.
**What you will bring**
You will have a natural ability to flex across the business to grow customer lifetime value, get new customers and increase customer happiness.
- Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and website optimization techniques with at least 2 + years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with CRO tools such as Adobe Target, Google Optimize, Optimizely, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Comfortable with basic copywriting highly desirable
