Zurich Insurance is a global insurance company with a specialty in life insurance, general insurance and travel insurance. This role will sit in one of Zurich’s subsidiary companies, Travel Guard, which focuses on travel insurance and emergency assistance.
Due to internal promotion, we have a new opportunity for a Partner Optimisation Manager to join the team. As part of the Rapid Learning Lab®, you’ll harness your creative, digital, analytical and relational skills to create unparalleled customer experiences in collaboration with our major partners.
So, what’s the job?
- Lead the execution of the optimisation strategy to deliver the ideal, personalised travel insurance offer to each customer.
- Lead the delivery of key initiatives in line with the optimisation strategy and product roadmap by effectively managing the team’s workflow.
- Translate data and analytics into creative, customer-first ideation, using UX design, copywriting and digital marketing expertise to bring these insight-driven concepts to life.
- Engineer and implement robust processes, to ensure that we are striving for the highest quality and scalability.
- Own the digital reporting requirements of our key partners, including digital performance, user experience analysis and web analytics.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with a global team of data scientists, UX designers and content managers to deliver the optimal digital experience for our customers in a complex technical and regulatory environment.
- Confidently represent the APAC team with key stakeholders, including a senior executive audience, and effectively communicate complex technical concepts with clarity to a non-technical audience.
- Navigate dynamic digital environments to find solutions that manage risks and drive results.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in personalisation, digital optimisation, and data-driven marketing.
- A self-starter, with an entrepreneurial mindset, who thrives on ambiguity.
- Proven experience with optimisation test-and-learn tools and principles, experimental design, multivariate and A/B optimisation testing.
- Ability to prioritise and manage a team workflow across time zones, with proven project management experience in a multi-disciplinary, global environment.
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles, especially in purchase flows and e-commerce conversion optimisation, with experience in Adobe Tools (Adobe Analytics/ Customer Journey Analytics and Experience Manager highly sought after).
- Strong commercial acumen and experience producing reports on digital performance in line with the broader business context.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
