**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an exceptional Manager/Partner to spearhead our new Cairns expansion. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a Showroom Manager and Sales Manager. As the Manager/Partner, you will oversee all facets of the showroom, manage a team, drive sales activities, and foster client relationships. Main location is located on Mcleod St, Cairns City.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the showroom, including bookings, customer service, and maintaining showroom appearance.
- Lead and motivate a team to meet targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Provide style advice, measure customers, and assist with garment design during showroom visits and events.
- Set and achieve sales targets, develop sales strategies, and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and communication.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure a memorable customer experience at all times.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and implement effective sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales and team management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and passion of the fashion industry and men's tailoring.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Motivated, target-driven, and flexible to work both on-site and remotely.
- Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus.

Pay: $70,170.82 - $162,380.93 per year

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
