**The role:
**The Marketing Integration Executive is a pivotal role supporting the Senior Marketing Integration Manager in planning, communication, executing, reporting and asset management across all client integration opportunities into Woolworths campaign activity.You will provide critical support for the team ensuring timelines and milestones are met to deliver on our team objectives. You will proactively identify ways to improve our processes & drive efficiency to contribute to your sales team and meet budget.
Cartology has a broad range of media channels which would be covered in this role, including Point of sale, TV, Radio, Out of Home, Press, Fresh magazine, In-Store Radio, Digital screens and Online.
**Other responsibilities of the role include:
- Build, maintain and communicate the Cartology Calendar to internal stakeholders.
- Working closely with Woolworths Brand and Marketing to ensure updates are communicated in an accurate and timely manner
- Develop, maintain and communicate the CMI Planner, ensuring all stakeholders have visibility of upcoming campaign opportunities and are aligned to priorities, deliverables and key milestones.
- Develop and manage communication cadence to internal stakeholders including coordinating and distributing the weekly updates and together with fortnightly/monthly event overviews and updates to the wider Cartology business.
- Support the Marketing Integration Team with end of campaign repoting and case studies
**About you:
**To be a successful Marketing Integration Executive, you must have the ability to prioritise workload, react to change and make key process decisions under pressure. Have a client centric approach and great communication style for both internal partners and external clients and agencies. Organisational skills and a methodical approach to working are critical.
In addition:
- Previous experience in a Marketing support role
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Proactive, able to work independently & as part of a team
- Knowledge of Excel, Word & Powerpoint is essential
- Takes initiative and follows-through on commitments to achieve results
- Energised by an entrepreneurial environment
You may have recently graduated from university and are looking to kickstart your career in one of Australia's fastest growing media businesses or you may have experience in a sales support or customer support/service role, either way we are keen to connect with you
