**We currently have an opportunity for a Fixed Term Contract (6 months) with possible extension**

As the **Project Lead **you will report to the General Manager Programs-People & Safety, and you will focus on improving, streamlining and where applicable, automating parts of the end-to-end HR processes and systems, including projects that come up due to e.g. legislative changes.

You will also take the lead in the development of ongoing HR technology-based projects and HR business process improvement initiatives to ensure smooth and efficient end-to-end HR processes as well as supporting several annual HR events that require to be project managed.

**The Position**
- Responsible for the on time and successful delivery of multiple projects concurrently of various sizes and complexity
- Running complex projects that have a moving end goal due to legislation or commercial changes or other impacts and require buy in from various parts of the business with different interests
- Building project management capability in the wider People & Safety team and build a team
- Overseeing and tracking projects, initiatives, and other key events to understand impact on the business
- Ensuring projects follow correct process such as requirements gathering and clearly defining scope, and agree on scope with all key stakeholders to ensure buy-in
- Documenting ‘as is’ processed and work with stakeholders to agree on ‘to be’ processes
- Implementing the project end to end, including rigorous testing, communication, training and support of business users
- Identifying issues and areas where improvements to existing processes can be made and recommend and implement changes
- Driving change and communications activities
- Working independently and autonomously driving the outcomes to be what is best for the organisation

**The Person**
- Minimum 8 years Project management experience in an HR field and certified in Project Management such as PRINCE2 or equivalent
- Strong change management and communication experience
- Strong demonstrated experience and expertise with project managing the implementation of HR technology-based solutions working closely with various stakeholders including IT and external partners
- Demonstrated business process analysis and training development experience, including the identification of business processes, documentation of processes and procedures and the implementation of change
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong facilitation capabilities
- Excellent analytical skills and conceptual thinking skills with advanced Microsoft Excel, Visio and Word experience
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced project environment
